Panthers Taekwondo (Ages 5-6)

Our youth programs are built upon decades of experience, as Grandmaster Hee Il Cho has over 60 years of experience working with kids of all ages and dispositions.

We’re committed to providing our youth students with the tools and abilities to defend themselves, thrive, and succeed through childhood development and grow into confident, strong, happy, and well-mannered young men and women.

Our Panthers Program is very age-specific and offers a healthy balance of both mental and physical development. For this young age group, the emphasis is on cultivating listening skills, attention span, focus, comprehension, confidence, motor skills, coordination, strength, flexibility, and more. Rudimentary techniques from several systems, including Taekwondo, boxing, Jiu-Jitsu, and yoga, are taught so that students develop an understanding of basic concepts and movements. Our curriculum also helps to reinforce character development by regularly communicating messages of good behavior, respect, self-control, courtesy, manners, and earnest efforts. 

For this age group, students are challenged but, at appropriate times, are also encouraged to be playful and have fun. Our classes offer a structured, positive, and healthy environment that helps kids get a strong start on life. Children begin to develop habits every day. Let us help yours to develop the right ones.
